Berry Sorbet

Four ingredients. That's it! Zingy, refreshing and a good way to remind you that your house is warm and you could be in Bermuda - if you close your eyes and try really hard. So turn up the thermostat and blend a delicious, healthy sorbet that takes your mind off the fact it's pitch black at 4pm now.

All of the recipes are 100% vegan which supports Huel's effort to reduce our impact on the environment. Therefore, a lot of the recipes include ingredients like soy yoghurt, chia eggs and rice milk.  Don't feel constrained by these, as they can easily be swapped out for alternatives that suit your eating habits and what is in your larder.

Berry Sorbet

Makes 330g.

125g frozen wild berries
½ a frozen banana
75g Vanilla Huel
80ml of water (optional, add gradually if too thick)


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
