Have a closer look at the ingredients below. Lime juice with mango and coconut water? That works. Spinach with curry powder, coconut and chilli? That works too. Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel brings the creaminess you find in a traditional Indian lassi and pulls it all together really well. So don't knock it until you've tried it!

Coconut Curry Smoothie
250ml coconut water
20g spinach leaves
40g Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel
3 tsp lime juice
½ tsp curry powder
3 tbsp coconut flakes or shredded coconut
Pinch of chilli flakes
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
