'Nana Ice Cream

That's banana ice cream to you and I and who said ice cream had to be hard to make? By freezing your bananas in advance and the blending you can make some healthy and delicious ice cream in minutes. Add some more Huel for a thicker ice cream and some berries to mix it up.

All of the recipes are 100% vegan which supports Huel's effort to reduce our impact on the environment. Therefore, a lot of the recipes include ingredients like soy yoghurt, chia eggs and rice milk.  Don't feel constrained by these, as they can easily be swapped out for alternatives that suit your eating habits and what is in your larder.

’Nana ice cream

Makes 400g

3 frozen bananas
½ tsp of vanilla extract
40g of Vanilla Huel
80ml coconut milk (plus more if needed)

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
