OK so a coconut curry smoothie may not sound the most appetising meal but this really is surprisingly good! Huelers are always trying to come up with savoury ways to enjoy Huel; well this is it!
Have a closer look at the ingredients below. Lime juice with mango and coconut water? That works. Spinach with curry powder, coconut and chilli?  That works too. Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel brings the creaminess you find in a traditional Indian lassi and pulls it all together really well. So don't knock it until you've tried it!

Ingredients

  • 250ml coconut water
  • 125g mango
  • 20g spinach leaves
  • 40g Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes or shredded coconut
  • Pinch of chilli flakes

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
