Shipping questions

How much is shipping?

The good news is, shipping is free on all orders over $25. If your order is under $25, a small shipping fee of $5 will be charged.

When will I receive my order?

If you order before 4.p.m Local Time, your items will be shipped within 3 business days. If you order after 4.p.m Local Time on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and shipped within 3 business days.

For the states below, your items will be shipped within 5 business days:

Alaska, Hawaii.

Who will ship my order?

We use FedEx for the majority of our orders in the U.S. On some occasions, we may ship some deliveries via USPS.

Can I get shipping updates?

You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order, and you can view the tracking information on your account.

FedEx also offers convenient text alerts for your delivery by following 3 simple steps:

  1. Text FOLLOW and your tracking number to 48773
  2. Reply YES when you receive the welcome message
  3. Receive ongoing text alerts about your shipment’s status

Do you ship to Canada?

Sorry, we can’t currently ship to Canada; however, we do plan to in the future. Sign up to our Canadian Mailing List and be the first to find out when we start.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your order. Don’t worry, contact support@huel.com within 7 days of the original shipping date and we’ll look into this for you. If we're made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.
