When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to extra safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.

Please be assured that our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience.

How much is shipping?

The good news is, shipping is free on most orders over $25. If your order is under $25, a small shipping fee of $5 will be charged.

For the below states, the shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of your order:

Who will ship my order?

We are now using UPS for the majority of our orders with a small percentage going via FedEx & USPS. Tracking information available at UPS My Choice.

Why does my tracking number show Pending?

The reason your FedEx tracking number might show as pending is because it is yet to be scanned in, or it is in transit to the FedEx distribution location.

Our current delivery time of 3-7 business days includes the possibility of this delay, and you should see tracking details and an estimated delivery date updated on your order within 24-48 hours.

Can I get shipping updates?

You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order, and you can view the tracking information on your account.

FedEx also offers convenient text alerts for your delivery by following 3 simple steps:

  1. Text FOLLOW and your tracking number to 48773
  2. Reply YES when you receive the welcome message
  3. Receive ongoing SMS alerts about your shipment’s status

Do you ship to Canada?

Sorry, we can’t currently ship to Canada.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your order. Don’t worry, contact within 7 days of the original shipping date and we’ll look into this for you. If we're made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.
