When will I receive my order?

Our standard shipping time is 3-6 business days. Please always refer to your tracking link which can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.

We now also offer priority shipping via UPS and have implemented a priority fulfillment process at our US distribution centers. Order by 1pm for delivery in 1-2 business days. The cost of priority shipping is based on shipment weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that priority shipping is only available on orders shipping within the contiguous United States. P.O. boxes and orders containing Huelwear are excluded.

Additionally, on national holidays it is highly likely our shipping partners will not be making deliveries. Therefore, we ask that you expect a small delay in receiving your Huel order and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

How much is standard shipping?

The good news is, standard shipping is free on most orders over $59. If your order is under $59, a small shipping fee of $9 will be charged.

For the below states, the shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of your order:

Who will ship my order?

We are now using UPS for the majority of our orders with a small percentage going via FedEx & USPS. Tracking information available at UPS My Choice.

Why does my tracking number show Pending?

The reason your FedEx tracking number might show as pending is because it is yet to be scanned in, or it is in transit to the FedEx distribution location.

Our current delivery time of 3-6 business days includes the possibility of this delay, and you should see tracking details and an estimated delivery date updated on your order within 24-48 hours.

Can I get shipping updates?

You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order, and you can view the tracking information on your account.

FedEx also offers convenient text alerts for your delivery by following 3 simple steps:

  1. Text FOLLOW and your tracking number to 48773
  2. Reply YES when you receive the welcome message
  3. Receive ongoing SMS alerts about your shipment’s status

Do you deliver to US territories?

We do! Delivery to these locations will be longer than our typical delivery window, see below for average delivery timelines:

  • Puerto Rico - 6-10 business days
  • US Virgin Islands - 6-10 business days
  • Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands - 15-30 business days

Do you ship to Canada?

Sorry, we can’t currently ship to Canada.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your order. Don’t worry, contact us within 7 days of the original shipping date and we’ll look into this for you. If we're made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.
