Today, Huel takes its next step. Huel has agreed to join Danone.

Huel was started in 2015 with a simple goal: to improve the health of people and the planet through complete and convenient nutrition. Ten years in, 600 million meals across 100+ countries, with around 50% less CO2 impact than the average meal, that goal has not changed.

Danone is a global food and beverage company with a long-standing mission of bringing health through food to as many people as possible, with a strong focus on sustainability. They operate in over 120 markets and became one of the world's largest B Corp certified companies in 2025. Danone's dual mission commits it to a social and environmental purpose, as well as an economic one. They understand what Huel is trying to do because they are trying to do something similar. The acquisition, subject to regulatory approvals, gives Huel the infrastructure, R&D capability, and global reach to do it at a scale that would take years to build alone.

Danone has a global presence that will provide a strong platform for us to grow further and do more of what Huel does best: fast, nutritious, complete food. That has always been the mission. This is how we do more of it.

When does the deal complete? The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. We will confirm when it has formally completed.

Will products or prices change? No changes to products or prices are planned.

What does this mean for B Corp status? It is not changing. Danone is also B Corp certified, at global level since 2025. This was a crucial factor and remains key to Huel's mission.

What happens to the Huel team? Huel continues to operate under its existing name and leadership. Same team, same culture, same way of working.

Will subscriptions be affected? No. Your account, preferences, and deliveries stay exactly as they are.
