We like to keep things simple here at Huel, so you can return any of our products for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Your items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for a refund.

Please be aware if you wish to return an unopened product, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We kindly request that you keep this in mind before initiating a return. Thank you for your understanding.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that we can offer you a discounted return shipping label, which will be deducted from your order refund.

If it’s just not right for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery by submitting a returns request and referencing the Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee is valid for orders up to $115. Please note that for all eligible refunds, a $15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process and be officially posted to your account. If your refund isn't showing, we recommend first checking with your credit card/bank account provider or PayPal customer service.
