Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 cup Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Blend together and press into a pie tin.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 mins. Leave out to cool.
