Huel subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our products. You can also pause deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform lots of other actions with your subscription at any time.

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a Huel account.
You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout if you are creating a subscription. You will just need to insert your email and create a password.
Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your Huel account.
You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription.
You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive, and much more.
Now you’re in your Huel account area.
You have quick access to the main functionalities of the account at the centre of the screen.
On the left-hand side of the screen on desktop or at the top of the screen on mobile, you will also see:
This menu enables you to change all aspects of your subscriptions.
This function enables you to:
Put your subscription on hold, for example if you are going on holiday, or have enough Huel to last you a bit longer.
You will be able to resume your subscription at any point from the same menu when you want to receive your Huel again.
If you would like to stop receiving a certain product, you can cancel a subscription anytime. Just click Cancel select a cancellation reason, and confirm.
If you want to try a new Huel product you just heard about, or need a new shaker, or one of those cool new T-shirts, you can add it to your next upcoming delivery without subscribing to it.
This menu shows the next deliveries of Huel that are coming your way. The deliveries are ordered by date, and grouped by delivery date, so you will have a clear view of what is in every Huel delivery box coming your way.
Similarly to subscriptions, you can manage all aspects of your upcoming deliveries.
If you'd like to change the delivery date of your next order, click Edit and select your next delivery date from the top section.
If your next delivery contains a subscription, you can manage all its aspects just like in the "Your subscriptions" section above. Click here to see how.
If your next delivery contains a one-time item which you no longer want to receive, you can remove it by simply clicking Remove next to it.
If you have a discount code, you can add it to your next delivery by simply typing it in the dedicated box.
