How to Make Huel Hots & Savory Meal Packs
1. Pour: Empty pouch into a bowl or Huel cup. Do not add water to pouch.
2. Water: Add 3/4 cup water. Stir well.
3. Partially cover and microwave: If using Huel cup, don’t screw on lid. Microwave on full power for 1 min. Stir, cover partially, and microwave 1 more min. Let it sit for 5 mins to cook and enjoy.
Using Boiling Water?Empty pouch contents into bowl or Huel cup. Add 3/4 cup boiling water, stir, and cover loosely. Let it sit for 5 mins to cook, then enjoy.
Our top tips- Cover your bowl loosely to trap steam. which helps your Huel cook evenly and retain nutrients- Add in more water for a thinner, soupy texture, or less water for a thicker, risotto-like texture - If you want to spice up your Hot & Savory, try adding herbs or hot sauce for that extra kick!
How to measure Our Huel Hot & Savory Meal Packs are perfectly portioned in 400cal pouches to ensure you get a great tasting Huel every time. However, you can amend the serving size of our Meal Packs if you want to. One Hot & Savory Meal Pack holds roughly 100g which is about 400cal. If you wanted to increase your serving to 600cal simply add an additional 1/2 pouch. If you want to weigh your Huel Hot & Savory more accurately, we recommend using some simple kitchen scales.
