- 1250ml rice milk
- 180g Vanilla Huel
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chia eggs (see below)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Preheat your waffle iron.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl with a hand whisk until fluffy.
Pour mix onto the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
Serve with homemade chia jam, maple syrup, honey, berries or Marmite.
To make chia eggs:
For each egg, combine 1 tbsp of ground chia seeds and 3 tbsp of water.
Stir well, and place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, the result should be a sticky egg-like substitute.
